Tall blonde girl attacks elderly gentleman on "Rascal"

Mohegan Sun (hotel/casino/convention center) in Connecticut has probably one of the highest rates of "Rascals" (motorized scooters) to people. I've never seen so many of those things cruising around the floors. The hotel wouldn't let us rent the Rascals... so we were forced to "hitch rides" as evidenced below
